Brand new 3 bedroom luxury villa at La Torre Golf Resort.

Fantastic for golf and family holidays. This fabulous villa is in a quiet location with its own huge swimming pool. Stylishly decorated throughout. Enjoy your meals in the large garden and terrace, barbecue in the evening enjoying everything this property has to offer. La Torre offers a wide range of holiday facilities including luxury communal swimming pools with Jacuzzi areas .18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, golf facilities at a further 8 courses, tennis courts, children's parks, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Guests are also able to enjoy the facilities at Polaris World's other resorts of Mar Menor, El Valle and Hacienda Requelme, all within a 10 minute drive. A free shuttlebus service is available between resorts. All Polaris World resorts are in secure gated developments.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Each bedroom has twin beds with high quality orthopedic mattresses, hairdryers. Please note the master bedroom can be set up as either twin beds or a kingsize on request. There is a sofa bed and separate chaiselongue in the lounge. Bathrooms: All 3 bathrooms are fully tiled and have baths with showers over and glass shower screens, basins and bidets. Towels are included but please bring own beach towels for pool and beach use. Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and drying rack. Living Rooms: Bright spacious living room with a double sofa bed and separate chaiselongue, large dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen satellite TV. Patio doors extend the living space to encorporate terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers overlooking own pool. Other: No smoking is allowed under any circumstances inside the property. No pets are allowed.

There is a DVD player and also a telephone allowing free internal calls within all Polaris resorts and accept incoming calls internationally. Internet access possible. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: All linen and towels are included, please bring own beach towels for pool and beach use. A cleaning charge of 90 euros is payable and includes a pre and a post clean. Should you require a further change of linen an additional charge would be quoted.

Notes on accommodation

The villa is child and baby friendly and is equipped with travel cot, high chair, stairgate. The garden is fenced but of course with a private pool extreme care is required with young children and babies to ensure of their safety. Amenities/Facilities provided hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, satellite tv, telephone, internet access, central heating, air conditioning, cot, high chair, barbecue, private pool (for sole use of guests)

Accessibility

There is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom and one step into the front door of the villa and a slight step into the kitchen door from outside. Polaris World Resorts are very well adapted to accommodate wheelchair users.

Outside

A large patio area is ideal for lunches and bar-b-ques, around the large private pool (8 x 4 metres). There are 4 sun loungers for use around the pool. There are 2 additional sun terraces off the master bedroom with a table and chairs and 2 additional sun loungers. The garden occupies one of the larger corner plots and is fully fenced. At the front of the property there is a car port.

Coast/Beach

With an average annual temperature of 21 degrees and 300 days of sunshine a year. The fabulous beaches of the Mar Menor are 15 minutes drive away. The Mar Menor is an internal sea - the only one of its kind in Europe-with shallow, calm, warm and salty waters it is ideal for bathing, sports and medicinal mineral treatments due to its high mineral content.

Golf

The property is just 5 minutes walk to La Torre Golf Club. Golfers are also able to play the Polaris World Mar Menor course (at present nine holes) and the newly opened El Valle course (18 holes) and Hacienda Requelme (18 holes) All these have been designed by Jack Nicklaus and there is also a magnificent clubhouse, golf academy and driving range. There is also a residents discount for golf, please ask for details at the time of booking. A free shuttle bus is provided to the other Polaris golf resorts. Roda Golf and Serena golf and within 15 minutes together with Mosa Trajectum and Torre Pacheco. A little further afield you will be able to play La Finca, Las Rambles, Campoamor and Villamartin to name but a few. The La Manga Club is also approx 20 minutes drive away. It's an ideal location for a golfing holiday in Spain. The benefit of booking at a Polaris Resort is that you can have access to up to 9 courses (4 opened at present) spread over 6 resorts and all the facilities too.

Special interest holidays

Water sports are plentiful in the area, with lots of sandy beaches of the Costa Calida. The Mar Menor is great for families with its calm, warm and shallow waters. Cycling and horse riding are also popular pastimes in the region.

Travel

Murcia Airport with daily flights to the UK is 15 minutes drive away and Alicante International Airport is approximately 45 minutes. A new airport at Corvera is due to open in 2009 and this will be approximately 20 minutes away. We do recommend car hire, to enable you to visit all that the area has to offer. However, at present there is a shuttle bus between Polaris resorts and a shuttle to the beach club planned for the future bar hire is not a necessity.

Distances

Murcia, historical town of the region is 20 mins with shopping malls, restaurants, cinemas, bowling etc. Cartegena, a historical naval town also has shopping malls, restaurants, cinemas etc is 25 minutes by car. Granada and the Alhambra Palace is approx 2 hours drive. Benidorm with Terra Mitica is approx 90 minutes/2 hours drive and Alicante approx 60 minutes. For local shopping a complex called 'Dos Mares' with supermarket, shopping, cinemas, restaurants etc is just 10 mins.

Further details

Arrive at the gated community of La Torre to be greeted by tree lined avenues, whitewashed villas, town houses and apartments. A town centre built around an attractive lake offers restaurants and bars. A five star intercontinental hotel and spa are being completed as this is written. There are communal pools with spas around the resort together with children's play areas. There is a well stocked supermarket and a health centre. The resort offers 24 hour security.

E-mail for prices Booking notes We require a £150 deposit at the time of booking with full payment to be made eight weeks prior to your stay. The cleaning charge is 100 euros per stay. Any extra cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge. In addition a separate £200 security deposit is required when full payment is made which is fully refundable providing no damage has occurred during your stay.
